老品鐵道工人帽（Railman Work Cap）為原型做改良，此帽型在20世紀初期被鐵道工程人員廣泛配戴，翻帽簷及牛皮背扣為其特色。

使用軍裝常見的抗撕裂（Ripstop）布料，在編織過程中，增強紗線以交叉影線圖案以規則的間隔交織，此結構在破損時，破面會停止在格狀結構，因此兼具抗撕裂與輕量機能性材料，並且帶有濃厚古著氛圍，也是「 RIP STOP」名稱的由來。

The Railman Work Cap is an improved version inspired by the classic Railman Work Cap from the early 20th century, widely worn by railway construction personnel. Its distinctive features include a flipped brim and a leather back strap.

Crafted from the commonly used military-grade Ripstop fabric, this material enhances durability. During the weaving process, reinforcing yarns are added in a crosshatch pattern at regular intervals. This structure ensures that when damaged, the fabric tears stop within the grid pattern. This design provides both tear resistance and lightweight functionality. The cap exudes a strong vintage vibe, and its name, "RIP STOP," originates from this unique fabric.
